What is MBSR?
Our 8-week 9 session Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, based on the pioneering work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. This course is designed to help individuals reduce stress, enhance well-being, and cultivate mindfulness in their daily lives. Participants attend 2 and 1/2 hour sessions once a week for 8 weeks with a full-day (7 hours) class between the sixth and seventh sessions, providing a thorough and immersive experience into the practice of mindfulness.

This course is ideal for anyone seeking to manage stress, anxiety and panic, chronic pain, illness, fatigue, headaches, depression, GI Distress, Sleep disturbances, High blood pressure and compassion fatigue or other conditions exacerbated by stress. Whether you’re dealing with work-related stress, personal challenges, or health issues, MBSR offers tools and techniques that can help you navigate life’s pressures with greater ease and resilience.
